We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client in the Construction sector, located in the heart of Villawood. Our client values a positive attitude, loyalty, and excellent communication skills.
About the Role
In this role, you will support production planning, inventory control, and purchasing activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely procurement of raw materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run daily MRP processes in SAP and collaborate with the Production Supervisor to align shifts with capacity and customer demand.
- Prepare, manage, and distribute production plans to all stakeholders.
Coordinate with inventory control to monitor and manage stock levels. - Perform and reconcile monthly cycle counts, supporting stocktake planning and execution.
- Oversee daily purchasing orders, ensuring raw materials are ordered and delivered on time.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an administration, production, or supply chain environment.
Software Proficiency: Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
