Key Responsibilities:
As the Administrator:
- Maintain and manage spreadsheets and databases with precision.
- Perform data entry, generate reports, and conduct data analysis.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and support office operations.
- Manage office supplies and handle daily administrative duties.
- Address and resolve any administrative issues efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
- High level of computer skills and experience with office software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle office dynamics with a tough skin.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
