Responsibilities:
• Assist with or carry out business administration functions such as processing financial transactions
and reports and high level internal/external correspondence.
• Research and analyse information in order to prepare correspondence and reports, as required.
• Assist with projects in an administrative capacity.
• Provide accurate and timely advice in a professional manner and serve the role as a primary point of
contact in relation to civil operations enquiries.
• Work effectively as a member of the work area’s support team and ensure the provision of quality
customer service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of the specific roles and their functionality within the depot.
