As a Credit Administration Officer you will play a vital role in the end-to-end loan operations process. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and verifying loan documents against credit approvals and according to work procedures to ensure all terms and conditions are fully compliant. This is a 12 month contract with potential for extension or to go permanent.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare, review, and verify loan documents in accordance with credit approvals and established procedures, ensuring full compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Review and validate loan documents and pre-closing conditions to ensure loans are discharged as per agreed terms.
• Accurately process daily transactions and settlements, maintaining up-to-date records in credit systems.
• Manage hardship cases and conduct debt collection activities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with external solicitors, business units, and clients to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Oversee documentation management, including customer records, transaction files, security and mortgage documents, and any other relevant files.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as required.

Your skills and experience

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin
• A minimum of one year of retail banking experience or related industry experience
• Tertiary qualification
• Highly competent Microsoft Office skills
• Attention to detail
