Your New Role

As the Administration Manager, you will take ownership of office operations, facilities management, and purchasing, while leading a small team of 2. This role offers full autonomy, leadership opportunities, and the chance to shape key business functions in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Oversee 3,000 sqm of office space, managing security, maintenance, and WHS compliance
- Manage puchasing of goods and services, supplier relationships, expense reports, and travel bookings
- Build strong relationships across all levels, liaising with landlords, contractors, and internal teams
About You
- Previous experience as an Administration Manager, Office Manager or Facilities Manager
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
