We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director - Specialised Agribusiness Solutions to lead and grow a high-value portfolio within the corporate agribusiness sector. In this role, you will deliver complex financing and advisory solutions to pre- and post-farm gate agribusiness clients, with a focus on supporting businesses to expand and thrive. You will be responsible for leading a highly skilled team, developing strong client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client relationship and sales strategies to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value agribusiness clients.
• Lead and support credit submissions, annual reviews, and other credit correspondence, while ensuring clients' financial needs are met.
• Analyse client and industry-specific data, providing valuable insights and thought leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
• Provide first-class support and account management to clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Actively network and build your personal and brand presence within the agribusiness community to facilitate origination and cross-selling opportunities.

About You

• Proven experience in managing or leading a successful portfolio of agribusiness or corporate banking clients.
• Strong passion for the agribusiness industry and providing solutions for complex client needs.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor a team and foster a collaborative environment.
• Deep understanding of financial services, products, and services, with expertise in financial modelling and current tax and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to develop creative and resourceful solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on client service excellence.
