The role types we are currently looking for include:

Accounts Payable:

• Handle the receipt and processing of invoices from vendors and suppliers
• Prepare payment batches based on approved invoices and payment schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements in all accounts payable processes
• Reconcile end-of-month accounts

Accounts Receivable:

• Manage debt control using automated AR reminder systems
• Call clients to organise payment plans
• Raising customer invoices, claims, and statements
• Reconcile and report on end-of-month debtor status

Payroll officers:

• Handle staff timesheets and payroll
• Prepare monthly forecasts
• Respond to payroll queries related to timesheets
• Ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees.

About you:

• Experience in accounts payable and receivable or similar role
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Xero, MYOB or construction-based software highly regarded but not essential
• Proficient with creditor processing and debt collection
• Full and unlimited Australian working rights
