Looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, with the potential for a permanent position after the initial 6-month. This role is 5 days on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of supplier payments, including weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Weekly reimbursement of employee expense claims exported to MYOB.
- Weekly checking and exporting of virtual card claims to MYOB.
- Credit card reconciliations and following up on missing invoices.
- Managing supplier invoices.
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
- Managing accounts payable-related balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handling the mailbox and directing queries to the relevant people.
- Daily bank reconciliations and facilitating bank transfers between accounts.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with general queries.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software, such as MYOB.
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- High adaptability to dynamic business environments.
