Key responsibilities include:
- Documenting and auditing financial transactions.
- Verifying and processing payments and cash disbursements.
- Handling payroll, tax, and other government contributions.
- Completing month-end and year-end duties, including reconciliations and GST reimbursements.
- Managing inventory lists and ensuring financial accuracy.
About you:
- Accounting skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with MYOB and foreign currency dealings.
- Strong data entry management and deadline-oriented approach.
- A welcoming telephone manner and commitment to safety and compliance with quality and environmental standards.
Qualifications and experience:
- MYOB training (5-day course or longer).
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable.
- A bookkeeping certificate is optional.
This is a full-time, 5 day on-site position with flexible hours around school schedules, and parking is available on-site. There is a possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
