- Process end-to-end payroll using Employment Hero.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and employee reimbursements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations using MYOB and maintain the Fixed Assets register.
- Assist with statutory requirements, including Superannuation and QLeave returns.
- Manage the shared accounts mailbox and respond to inquiries.
- Support employees with accounts-related questions.
About you:
- Experience with MYOB and financial management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A clear National Police Check and blue card.
