Location: Hybrid office (Sydney CBD) and WFH
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement ongoing accommodation planning processes to ensure spaces are maintained, utilised effectively and support a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor and assess accommodation effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement and assist with cost reporting, budget forecasting and accommodation-related invoices to ensure financial accountability.
- Support the administration and review of Operational Lease Agreements (OLAs) and assist with procurement and contract management activities to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness and successful service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including Property NSW, NSW Government regional office hubs and leasing providers) to ensure accommodation and fleet services align with government initiatives, policy frameworks and department's operational needs across NSW.
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of office relocations and long-term accommodation strategies to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption and alignment with organisational needs.
- Oversee corporate fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, utilised efficiently and comply with regulations and develop and implement strategies to optimise fleet usage, manage costs and enhance sustainability.
- Prepare briefings, reports and correspondence to inform decision making, ensuring high-quality information and advice is provided in a timely manner.
Challenges:
- Balancing multiple priorities related to office accommodation, fleet management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring that projects and services are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing and aligning the needs of a hybrid workforce, ensuring that both office-based and remote employees have access to appropriate accommodation and fleet services.
- Navigating the complexities of large-scale office relocation projects while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Essential Candidate:
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Current Australian Drivers licence (Class C minimum) and willingness to travel.
