As an HR Advisor, you’ll:
... - Work with key stakeholders to assess resourcing needs and align them with evolving project goals.
- Develop and update role descriptions based on project demands.
- Apply HR policies and frameworks to ensure effective service delivery and business outcomes.
- Prepare detailed HR reports, briefs, and resource requests.
- Support senior HR leadership in refining HR processes across the organisation.
What we are looking for:
- Recent Queensland Government experience (preferred but not necessary).
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, legislation, and policies.
- Proven project management abilities and adaptability.
- Strong relationship management skills.
