Randstad Digital are currently working with a leading financial services organisation to find 2 x Business Analysts to join on 6-month initial contracts, with the view to extend past that point. This organisation is at the forefront of digital transformation and is committed to improving our business processes through the Enterprise Change Delivery initiative. We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our Digital Services stream, helping us implement key changes that will drive business efficiency, support digital initiatives, and enhance service delivery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimisation and digital transformation.
- Create detailed business process models, user stories, and functional specifications for digital solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, project managers, and other business units to deliver solutions that meet operational and strategic goals.
- Support the testing and implementation of new systems, ensuring successful user adoption.
- Provide change management support, including training, documentation, and communication to ensure smooth transitions.
- Assist in risk and issue identification, resolution, and escalation to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of digital solutions, contributing to an overall improvement in service delivery and customer experience.
Necessary Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably within financial services or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story development.
- Experience with change management and working on enterprise-level digital projects.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
