Why This Role?
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a Branch Manager, providing high-level administrative, secretarial, and research support. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team, managing workflow, scheduling meetings, and coordinating key functions with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage complex diary and email schedules, adapting to changing priorities
✔ Organise workflow and ensure efficient administrative operations
✔ Draft correspondence, briefing materials, and confidential documents
✔ Schedule and prepare documents for meetings, committees, and projects
✔ Undertake research and investigations as required
✔ Coordinate travel, meetings, and official functions
✔ Liaise with stakeholders on policy, project, and operational matters
✔ Provide additional support as required by the Branch Manager
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within government or healthcare
✅ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools
What You Need to Know:
📌 Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute break
📌 Hybrid working arrangements may be available after the initial training period
📌 Australian Citizens only (due to Federal Government eligibility requirements)
📌 A National Criminal History Check is required as part of the onboarding process
📌 Reference checks will be conducted before the interview stage
