SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, JULY 12, Randstad Australia, a leading human resources services provider, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire Aurec Group in Australia.
Aurec Group is a specialist in technology recruitment, contractor management, payroll, migration and professional services. Since its launch in 2002, Aurec Group has helped over 15,000 candidates find new roles and the company generated revenue of A$107 million in 2019.
Completion of the acquisition is subject to several conditions, which parties expect to be fulfilled in the coming weeks.
The acquisition of Aurec Group allows Randstad Australia to accelerate the growth of its leading technology recruiting and solutions arm and aligns with the company’s strategy of growing its professional business.
