What is the vetting process for education talent available via the my Randstad: for Organisations app?
We care about ensuring our future experts are nurtured and taught by the best people. We also care about making sure we choose the perfect people for the right centre, school or institution. That is why all of our candidates, depending on job requirements, are put through a stringent set of quality checks and assessments, such as:

What if a candidate accepts a shift via the app and I don’t think they will be a good fit for my school/centre?
You have full control over who will fill the shift. The booking will not be confirmed until you have reviewed the talent profile(s) of the candidates that have accepted the shift and you have chosen your preferred candidate.

If I upload a shift via the app, can I still choose to talk to a consultant?
Absolutely. Our local Education team is available around the clock to assist you with your staffing needs.
