how can I register to participate in this exclusive event?

what can I expect after filling in the registration form?
- After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation email that you have successfully registered for the event. There is also a QR code embedded in the email for you to check in to our event on the event date.
- You will also receive reminder emails from our team prior to the event.
- You may be required to fill in additional registration forms, or provide additional information if required by the port authorities or the Clipper Stad Amsterdam. In the event of this, we will reach out to you if so.

what do I need to bring to board the Clipper?
You must bring your passport or driver's licence with at least 6 months of validity remaining from its expiry date at the time of the event that shows your full name, together with the confirmation email with QR code, to board the ship. Digital driver's licences will be accepted. For sailing voyages we recommend that you bring warm and waterproof clothing, non-slip shoes and medication for those who suffer from motion sickness.

will the Clipper stay docked during events?
For most events, the Clipper will remain docked. However, if you are invited to a sailing event, we will be leaving the dock. Rest assured, the safety and comfort of all guests is our top priority.

can guests get on and off the ship at any time?
Yes, guests can freely embark and disembark the Clipper within the timeframe specified on their "Boarding Pass." However, during sail events, once the ship has left the dock, it will not be possible to disembark until the event is over. These sail events typically last 3 hours.

can I bring guests with me to this event?
Registered clients are not allowed to bring any guests who haven't pre-registered for the event. This policy is due to strict port authority requirements.

if I accidentally delete the confirmation email, what should I do?
Please inform your Randstad consultant no later than 2 days before the events, and the Randstad team will resend you an email with QR code 1 day before the event.

Please inform your Randstad consultant promptly. The Randstad team will check internally and resend you a confirmation email with QR code as soon as possible.

how can I get to the Clipper in Sydney & Brisbane?
Rivergate Marina:
- parking: There is plenty of free all day parking on the street or onsite parking for $10 per day at the marina.
- shuttle service: a complimentary shuttle bus will be provided to and from the Brisbane CBD for the Randstad Digital and FinXL Servicenow lunch and client appreciation drinks on 29 August as well as the day sail event on Friday 30 August.
