... As a Talent Partner, you'll join a dynamic team, collaborating with leaders to manage recruitment across a diverse range of roles, including both white-collar and blue-collar positions, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and a variety of hiring needs.
Your Role:
- Manage recruitment across diverse sectors covering both white-collar, blue collar and high volume roles.
- Liaise with hiring leaders to understand recruitment needs and provide strategic support.
- Coordinate and present at assessment centres.
- Conduct Linked-In searches, phone screenings, and schedule interviews (attendance may be required).
- Oversee pre-employment checks, medical assessments, and generate offers.
About You:
- Strong experience in recruitment.
- Ability to manage diverse portfolios and handle a range of recruitment tasks.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to work.
