Role Overview:
As a System Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing and implementing changes stemming from the latest versions of Siebel systems. You will ensure all technical requirements are effectively captured and translated into clear, actionable documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams and dependency groups to identify, document, and implement changes from Siebel upgrades (IP 18+).
• Analyse system requirements, identify impacts, and recommend solutions to align with business objectives.
• Develop and update technical documents, including system requirements specifications, technical design documents, and user guides.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all changes are well-integrated and meet organisational standards.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and reviews to gather and validate requirements and technical inputs.
• Support testing and validation efforts to ensure implemented changes meet defined requirements.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Siebel IP 18+ implementation and system optimisation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Analyst with a strong focus on Siebel systems (IP 18 and beyond).
• Deep understanding of Siebel CRM architecture, functionalists, and upgrade processes.
• Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across technical and business domains.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business change implementation processes.
