Duties:

• Be involved with the solution to provide Dynamics CRM specific recommendations
  
• Undertake software development with a particular focus on Dynamics CRM.
  
• Perform system analysis, investigate technical problems and document relevant issues
  
• Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required

• Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications. • Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms including Microsoft .NET Core. C#, javascript and typescript.
• Demonstrated experience with the following development technologies: o Experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 o Experience in D365 Customer Engagement, especially Customer Service o Experience in extending and automating D365, using:
