Duties:

• Deliver training and learning packages in various settings.
• Manage training administration including resource management and scheduling.
• Support the analysis, design, and development of training programs.
• Support the evaluation of training effectiveness and integrate continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders.

• Initiative and who can think strategically to apply sound judgement in decision making while working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal - with experience drafting correspondence, and compliance and assurance reports.
