About the Role:
We are seeking an all-rounder who can build relationships and speak to customers about finance.
The work is a mix of in-person sales and work from the office.
Please note, some weekend work is usual in this role to attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze client financial information, assessing risk and affordability.
* Structure finance deals, including asset types, loan terms, and repayment schedules, ensuring optimal outcomes for both Mitchcap and the client.
* Manage the entire finance process, from initial application to loan approval and disbursement.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice throughout the financing journey.
* Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and changes in finance regulations.
* Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
* Work closely with internal teams (credit, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless client experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Interest/degree in Finance.
- Proven track record of success in sales or hospitality - customer facing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
