- Daily Rate: $450 + super

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a knack for streamlining processes and ensuring operational excellence? As a Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and supporting team success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- SAP Expertise: Managing grant payments, WBS, journal entries, and processing payments via My Work Zone.
- Salesforce Administration: Maintaining master spreadsheets and managing data in Salesforce.
- Project Support: Drafting high-quality correspondence, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and creating professional presentations and briefing notes.
- Organisational Excellence: Managing secure and accurate filing systems to ensure information integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Assisting administration team members and enhancing the efficiency of daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates who bring:
- Strong experience with SAP and Salesforce (Ngamuru).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to tackling challenges.
- Experience in administrative roles within government or large organizations (preferred).
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
