This newly established, challenging and rewarding role encompasses a range of functions across P&C processes and systems, providing leadership in identifying opportunities for improvement. Success in this position requires the preparedness to be agile and adaptable in thinking and have effective time management skills, be ethical and accountable.
The successful candidate will foster a cohesive team environment by proactively sharing information and assisting colleagues to meet goals and deadlines. You will liaise with various units across the organisation and address frequent ad hoc staff inquiries and mentor other leaders in the organisation in how they manage their staff.
This role offers a variety of tasks, from high level strategic planning to ensuring routine processes function effectively and in accordance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Strategic Human Resource Planning
- WHS
- Recruitment and Retention
- Workplace Culture development (including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)
- Stakeholder and Community Engagement

Where it's located:
This position is located at the organisation’s head office in the Burnie CBD and with operations Statewide, the role will require some intrastate travel.
