• Undertaking end to end procurement activities on behalf of the division
• manage contracts for goods and services to ensure the delivery of outcomes are in line with contract objectives, government, and stakeholder requirements
• develop and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and liaise, communicate, and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service
• monitor contract performance and compliance in accordance with the contract terms and conditions, contract management plan, risk management and government and departmental policies and procedures
• provide timely and accurate advice and support on procurement and contracting, from the simple to complex

• Demonstrated Commonwealth procurement experience in a large organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and investigate information from a variety of sources and explores new ideas and different viewpoints in the procurement field.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct ICT procurements. • Provide a range of ICT Procurement services to facilitate the delivery of outcomes within the Division.
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills: • ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders and diverse personality types, build and maintain effective working relationships with technical professionals, team members, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
