Representing a forward-thinking health and aged care provider, you’ll benefit from strong support across funding, quality and operations teams, as well as a highly skilled clinical care team onsite.
This full-time, permanent role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexible start and finish times. On offer is an attractive salary package of up to $135000 - $145000 base + superannuation and benefits. About the Role:
As Facility Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical care for residents while driving strong operational performance. You’ll ensure compliance with the latest Aged Care Standards and align operations with the organisation’s strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care management.
- Proven leadership and operational management skills.
- Current Police Clearance.
- Valid driver’s license.
