Job Opportunity: Business Support Administrator
Location: Ashgrove or Upper Mount Gravatt (car parking available on both sites)
Employment Type: Full-time (7.6 hours/day)
Contract: 3-month temporary position
A well established Brisbane based Speech Pathologist is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join the friendly team for a 3-month temporary contract. This role is essential in supporting the healthcare services and ensuring smooth administrative operations as well as providing commission and support to the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recalls: Generate and manage client recall lists. Contact clients via email or SMS using templated messages to schedule appointments.
- Referrals: Track and notify clients whose referrals are nearing expiration, advising them to obtain a new referral before their next appointment.
- Consent Forms: Process and input data from new consent forms into client files using Genie following recent electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Genie practice management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and caring service to all clients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Mandatory Requirements (prior to commencement):
- Valid Blue Card (Paid - Working with Children)
- Valid Yellow Card (Paid - Disability Worker Screening)
- Clear Criminal History Check
