About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client's team and lead a critical ERP implementation project within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our client operates in the manufacturing industry and is undergoing a large-scale system transformation to improve their operational efficiency and overall performance.
In this role, you will be working closely with key stakeholders to understand the specific business needs of the manufacturing operations, gather detailed requirements, and ensure the new ERP system supports the organisation’s core processes. You will play a crucial part in analysing the current systems, mapping out business workflows, and ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to gather business requirements and define system specifications.
- Analyse and document current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system aligns with the manufacturing environment’s needs.
- Oversee testing, user training, and system integration, ensuring the system meets business expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting throughout the post-implementation phase to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in large-scale ERP implementations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and workflows.
- Expertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Experience in leading user acceptance testing, system integration, and post-implementation support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
