About the Role: Regional Victoria
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the facility, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with aged care standards, and a positive working culture for staff. This is a full-time position suited to a dedicated professional who values person-centered care and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and effective facility management.
- Lead and support a team of care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance of the home.
- Engage with residents, families, and the local community to maintain strong relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and service excellence.
About You:
- Strong leadership experience in aged care or healthcare management.
- Knowledge of aged care compliance, funding models (ACFI/AN-ACC), and accreditation processes.
- Ability to effectively manage teams and promote a culture of excellence.
- Financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in Nursing with AHPRA
