Location: Perth CBD, East Perth, Nedlands, Joondalup etc
Responsibilities:
- assisting a range of programs and projects, or components of complex programs and projects
which support the Department's initiatives. - Working productively and collaboratively as a member of the team, and across teams;
contributing to the development and delivery of priority projects, programs - Monitoring and evaluating project and program effectiveness and performance.
Undertakes research and analysis; gathering and documenting relevant data and information
to assess policy outcomes. - Consults and negotiates with industry, government agencies and other relevant stakeholders
on key initiatives. - Develops and maintains productive relationships with a range of stakeholders within and
external to the Department. - Monitor and evaluate all aspects of project implementation, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures, to identify and address issues, assess project progress and effectiveness, and achieve project outcomes.
- Manage project team/s, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements, to successfully deliver all key project/s milestones and outcomes.
- Undertake research and formulate recommendations to support evidence based project planning and decision making.
Essential Criteria:
- Government experience
- Updated Police Clearance
- Project skills including project planning, development, implementation and evaluation, with the ability to achieve project outcomes
- Research, analysis and problem solving including the use of data analysis tools
- Provision of advice and information including preparation of high level reports, plans, budgets, and correspondence
- Project admin adhoc duties.
