Our client based in Hoppers Crossing are looking for a part time Receptionist/Customer Service Officer to join the team!
Onsite training provided for 1-2 weeks.
Once training is complete you will move to working from home Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
- Ensure the highest level of accuracy with customer requests and bookings.
- Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure customers receive correct information.
- Adhoc administration duties
- Making outbound calls to advise of completion of jobs
- Meeting KPI targets
- Build relationships with co workers within the business
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service or reception experience
- Ability to work independently
- Clear communication
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
