We're looking for a candidate with strong customer service skills to join a national hardware organisation in an Internal Sales position. As an Internal Sales Representative your key focus areas are to create a positive customer experience, provide accurate product information and maintain a high standard of administration tasks. You will work within a team environment and liaise with relevant internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating quotes and processing customer orders via phone and email
- Addressing customer concerns and handling product returns
- Coordinating with delivery drivers to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Provide a positive customer experience
Key attributes we're looking for:
- Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems
- Prior experience in building / home improvement, or related industries is advantageous but not essential
