Your main duties:
Handle inbound calls efficiently in a call centre environment, assisting customers in resolving their inquiries promptly.
Compile and generate data analysis and performance reports for the CRM team manager, sales representatives, and clients.
Oversee multiple collection routes and perform real-time job allocation analysis to gauge operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct outbound calls to investigate customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and provide effective solutions.
Schedule services for collections, bin deliveries, and clean-up tasks.
Input and process new contracts to establish customer profiles within the system.
Collaborate with commercial clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
Fulfil various client service management tasks as required.
About You:
At least one year of prior experience in a Customer Service role
Background in a call centre environment highly advantageous
Exceptional communication skills, a fast learner, and thrives in a dynamic, high-paced setting
Must have a confident and approachable demeanour and demonstrated track record as an effective team player
Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications
Experience in the waste management or logistics industry is a valuable asset
