About the Role:
Upon completing a comprehensive training and induction program, you'll join a team dedicated to assisting clients with general or sales enquiries. In this role, your responsibilities include:
- Assisting client, account managers and authorised representative with their enquiries and educating them on the organisation's products and policies.
- Working within the boundaries of the underwriting guidlines when conversing with clients over the phone.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service while adhering to organisational policy & compliance.
- Collaborating effectively with other internal teams with regards to complex enquiries.
- Translate your technical expertise regarding the organisations' insurance products in a simple and effective manner to clients.
What You Will Bring:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively build rapport with clients.
- Multiple years experience within a contact centre or financial services environment.
- Sales experience highly desirable.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
- Open to engaging in a broad based and intensive training program.
- Experience with or knowledge of underwriting or general insurance desirable but not essential.
- A keen eye for detail and effective team player.
