ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Are you highly organised, collaborative, and motivated office allrounder? Join us as an Administrative officer for a Structural Engineering Company based in Darwin.
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of our clients office.
About the role:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Manage Xero and handle payroll tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Take detailed minutes during meetings.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Liaise with senior directors to address requests and queries effectively.
What you will need:
In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience.
- Proven experience in administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry experience in construction (preferred)
