We are partnering with a world leading energy infrastructure business for the recruitment of a Project Coordinator to join our clients IT Team assisting in delivering office relocation projects.

About the role:
- Support IT Projects with project administration and coordination, planning, progress tracking, reporting, methodologies, financial tracking, issue and risk management.
- Provision of Project Management support to Project Managers, including managing the project schedule, assistance setting up, tracking and updating IT projects as required.
- Keep key project attributes up to date in Project Management toolsets (e.g. health indicators, project status).
- Assist with identifying, logging and tracking project risks and issues.
- Track project documentation, ensuring document approvals are obtained and ensure correct versioning is maintained.
- Manage the project document libraries within the Project Management tools.
- Take minutes for project team meetings, steering committee meetings and other project related meetings.
- Assist in the production of monthly project status reports.
- Travel bookings for the project team.
- Assist the project team with improvement initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.
- Adhere to all internal financial processes and policies including the approvals and processing procedures.
- Manage the month end accruals process for projects.
- Raise purchase orders and receipt invoices in the Oracle financials system.
- Track and reconcile project financials in Oracle and Project Server (actuals and forecast).
- Assist with financial reporting of projects to the ePMO.
About you:
- Minimum 5 years working in project coordination or management on a range of technology projects with budgets up to $20m.
- Knowledge of project management lifecycles, competencies and development methodologies.
- Experience working on office relocation projects is highly desirable but not essential.
